氧氮氢分析仪的使用注意事项：1、氧氮氢分析仪在初次启用前，应该对连接点、焊点、阀门等进行检漏，以确保空气中的氧不会反渗进入管道及仪器内部，造成测量数值偏高。2、再次使用仪器前，要进行管道系统净化，将漏入的空气除干净，同时确保连接取样管路时没有漏入空气。3、样气中氧含量的变化会受管道材质及表面粗糙度影响，因此一般连接管路选用铜管或抛光过的不锈钢管，而不用塑料管、橡胶管等。4、微量元素分析时，要避免各种管件、阀门、表头等死角对样气造成污染，因此必须尽可能的简化气路系统，连接件死角要小，以防止溶解氧逸出造成污染，使用水封、油封及腊封等设备，才能较好的确保数据的。安徽进口力可氧氮氢分析仪供应商
